This website is operated by DERD AWESOME SOFTWARE s.r.o., a limited liability company (společnost s ručením omezeným) registered in the Czech Republic under registration number (IČO) 24212628, VAT number CZ24212628, with registered office at Korunní 2569/108, Vinohrady, 101 00 Praha 10, Czech Republic, entered in the commercial register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague (Městský soud v Praze), C 189150 held at the Municipal Court in Prague.

DERD AWESOME SOFTWARE s.r.o. provides management & business consulting: management consultancy activities to organisations. Our registered principal activity is CZ-NACE 70220 (Business and other management consultancy activities).

We provide:

• Management and business consultancy for organisations (B2B)
• Operational and process advisory, documented for your teams to implement
• Independent, vendor-neutral analysis

We expressly do not provide:

• Consumer services or support for individuals
• Resale or licensing of third-party software
• Regulated financial, investment, legal or tax advice
• Guaranteed business outcomes, savings or revenue figures

In particular, and to remove any possible ambiguity: we do not offer regulated investment, financial, insurance, legal, medical or tax advice; we do not resell, licence or distribute third-party software; we do not provide software support to consumers; we do not offer gambling, adult, pharmaceutical or cryptocurrency-related services; and we do not offer employment, immigration or debt-management services. Where your question falls into one of these areas we will tell you and recommend you seek an appropriately authorised professional.

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Descriptions of services, indicative durations and engagement models are provided for information only. Submitting the advisory request form starts a conversation; it does not create a contract, does not oblige either party to proceed, and incurs no charge.

A consulting engagement arises only when scope, timetable, fee and terms are agreed in a separate written proposal or contract signed by both parties. Those terms govern the engagement, and prevail over anything on this website.

We give our professional opinion, based on the information available to us and the care and skill reasonably expected of a competent consultancy. We do not guarantee any particular commercial, financial or operational outcome. Whether a recommendation produces a benefit depends on your execution, your market, your people and decisions that remain yours.

Any figure, index, score or projection generated by the Strategic Efficiency Simulator or any other interactive tool on this site is an indicative self-assessment produced from figures you supply. It is not a measurement of your organisation, not a forecast, not a promise of savings, and not professional advice. Do not rely on it as the basis for a business decision.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of these terms.
• Submit false, misleading or third-party personal data through our forms without authority.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or its database.
• Interfere with the site’s operation, including by automated scraping that places an unreasonable load on it, or by circumventing rate limits.
• Reproduce, republish or exploit the site’s content commercially without our written permission.

All content on this website — text, design, layout, graphics, the reference model behind the Strategic Efficiency Simulator, and the underlying code — is owned by DERD AWESOME SOFTWARE s.r.o. or licensed to us, and is protected by Czech and EU copyright law. You may read, print and share pages for your own internal business use. Any other use requires our written consent.

Third-party names or trademarks mentioned anywhere on this site remain the property of their owners. Their mention does not imply any partnership, endorsement, authorisation or reseller relationship.

The website is provided on an “as is” basis. While we take care that its content is accurate and current, we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by Czech law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from use of this website. Liability arising from a consulting engagement is governed by the written contract for that engagement, not by these website terms.

This site links to public registers so that you can verify our identity independently. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability. A link is not an endorsement.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and every cookie we use is listed in the Cookie Policy. Both form part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. The courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Because our services are provided to businesses rather than consumers, consumer protection provisions applicable to consumer contracts do not generally apply.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, and the date above shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
